The Role

As our Senior Creative, you’re not just executing, you’re shaping the vision. You’ll lead projects end-to-end, mentor rising talent, and collaborate deeply with the wider creative and strategy teams to craft campaigns that aren’t just seen, but remembered.

You’re a visual storyteller, a technical expert, and a strategic thinker. But above all, you’re obsessed with doing work that matters.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading high-impact creative projects from concept through to delivery.
Shooting and editing full-funnel campaign content across various formats.
Collaborating closely with our Lead Creative and Account Managers to align strategy with execution.
Mentoring Junior Creatives and guiding them with intention, not just direction.
Building campaign concepts and pitches that cut through the noise.
Driving innovation within our workflow and processes. Suggesting and actioning improvements that elevate the entire studio.

You Bring

2-3 years’ experience in a creative, agency or production environment.
A portfolio that shows more than aesthetic. It shows purpose, energy and excellence.
Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and industry-standard gear.
Strength in visual storytelling, both behind the lens and in post-production.
A proactive approach to leadership and collaboration.
A pulse on cultural trends and creative innovations and the ability to apply them authentically.

The Details

Full-time, Monday to Friday in-office at our St Leonards, Sydney HQ.
Required travel for client shoots and activations (local and interstate).
Fortem culture is high-performance, fast-moving and deeply collaborative.
Out-of-hours work is occasionally required for launches and campaigns.

Account Director

This is more than account management, this is creative leadership in motion. We’re looking for an Account Director who thrives in fast-paced environments, drives deep relationships, and unlocks growth opportunities through clarity, energy and vision.

Client Retention & Strategy

Own and grow retainer client relationships
Build strategic account plans within 60 days of onboarding

Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can combine creativity, storytelling, and technical skill to deliver work that’s bold, strategic, and culturally sharp.
